I lost my brother suddenly last October. He’d always been fit, never smoked or drank and cycled for miles every weekend. He was seconds from home after a bike ride and just collapsed and died on the road. My grief has been indescribable as we were so close. I’m trying my best to support his wife but I’m so depressed and sad. I still can’t believe he’s dead.
