I lost my husband of 40 years 2 years ago just before lockdown. I thought I was copying ok until I arranged a memorial service and had his ashes buried for him. I now keep having dreams that he was unfaithful to me . I am also finding it very hard to get the energy's to carry on with my voluntary commitments at our local church.
