Hi I lost my husband of 38 years 3 weeks and 2 days ago. I am so lost and feel so alone even though I have a big family. The grief is like a tidal wave of pain that hits me so many times a day it feels unreal but horrific at the same time. It was totally unexpected and sudden. It makes no sense at all.
