Hi I'm Kris, I lost my soulmate of 30 yrs, husband of 27 of those years. He was diagnosed with stage 4 Colon Cancer on our youngest son's 24th bday and had emergency surgery the next day. I gotta be honest it was hell, we were never given any support options, he passed Dec 27th one day shy of 8weeks. It was like a nightmare that I just can't seem to wake from. I'm medicated in order to function. I've never felt more alone. I'm emotionally and financially at my breaking point. I'm joining the group to see if I can get some sort of direction or just being with an understanding group. I'm so lost. 😭😞
