Hi everyone... Is there support for preparing to lose someone? My Nan is currently in hospital.. she was in a care home... had covid 3/4 weeks ago.. they noticed her skin was a yellow shade,, examined her tummy it was painful... went to hospital had a scan confirmed (sort of) that she has colon cancer.. she also has alzhiemers and dementia... on admission to hospital she tested positive AGAIN which im not convinced of to be honest...we've been told she is at End of Life... I'm absolutely heartbroken.. as this has all happened so so quickly... I went to see her on Wednesday and planning to go again next week.. how do you prepare for something like knowing that is quite possibly inevitable 💔
