Hi all. My name is Lucy. My dad passed away on the 24th March. Grief is really hard to navigate and would like to hear about peoples coping strategies. At times things feel so tough. Accepting a major part of our family is gone, is so hard. But equally the wonderful memories I have of dad are such a comfort.
