I lost my husband 110 days ago. I’m 46 and have no children, but he had two kids from a previous marriage, so we have 6 grandkids too. ( I claim them♥️) I told them I would still be here and would want to see them and the grandkids, and they seemed to be glad about that. I have visited twice (3 hrs away) since their dad died, and I know they appreciate me coming, but it’s so bittersweet. Coming home from those trips I think will always be hard on me. Is anyone else a childless stepmom widow? (God, it sucks to say all that)
