Hi all, I lost my mum 3 weeks ago very suddenly after she contracted sepsis from a tumour in her womb, bowel and stomach. We only found out she had cancer 5 days before she died and we were still waiting for the results of the biopsy to see what stage of cancer it was in when she was rushed into hospital. She was only 58. I was with her when she died and can’t get rid of the awful memory of watching her pass away. It’s with me every time I think of her. Does anyone have any tips with how they’ve coped with a sudden loss or traumatic memories of that loss? This is the first loss I’ve experienced and still processing everything that’s happened but I’m so glad I’ve found this community ❤️
