Lots of grief, sadness, longing today. I found that pranayama (breathwork) and yoga helped me. Not that it made it go away, it’s just that it let it move through me. It’s still present and doesn’t feel as heavy anymore. It’s so hard to slow down because the pain is so strong when I do. Yoga and pranayama ease the strength and let it flow. 😮💨 feeling grateful for the little bit of lightness I found on my mat today.
