3 months ago I lost my mum. She died 38 days after she was diagnosed with cancer, 8 days after we met the macmillan nurse for the first time and she told me I was being melodramatic and that my mum 'would be around for a long time yet'. I am so angry at the nurse for making me feel stupid and for getting our hopes up. I am struggling to get past this anger and be able to start grieving for my mum.
