A recommendation: The Dead Parent Club podcast on Spotify. When your feeling a little lost about something they usually have an episode on it. And I’ve found it can help to stop overthinking and spiralling - as they share their experiences. Sometimes it’s nice to hear a topic spoken to you from an outsider. - side note: Personally, found it could be a little triggering if you put on at night when you are trying to sleep and then all you can think about is what’s happened (though I’ve struggled with sleep massively since loosing my dad) soo if your like me maybe don’t use it as a sleep podcast. Anyways just thought I would recommend as it’s helped me :)
