hi guys i’m new to this my grandpa has been very ill and we are loosing him at the moment and he also lives on the other side of the world which makes it harder to see his beautiful face and feel his energy. i’ve done lots of research as to how to help my mother through this grieving process any tips would be wonderful! i hope everyone is coping well lots of love💞
