I was just finding some equilibrium and then today I receive a letter to do with just admin stuff re his life insurance policy. It really hits hard to see words of his death in black and white. I'd almost tricked myself to believe it wasn't real - I didn't see him often anyway so I could almost pretend he was still there. A big crying night ahead.
