Up early, tunes on & being very productive.....then wham! Sorting through paperwork to shred, found a letter from community cardiology team discharging him as no immediate concerns, he says he feels well & is managing his heart failure ok & will self refer if any further concerns...dated 1st Oct 20, he died a month later. I should have nagged more, made him fess up when he said he was ok & I knew he wasn't......hindsight is a wonderful thing I guess. Will turn the music & get busy doing something else....
