I’m 40 yrs old and I’m parentless. I lost my mom when I was 19 in 2001 and I lost my dad August 28th last year. Mornings are hard. It is so hard to get out of bed and get moving and somehow find encouragement to continue another day without my dad . Crying every morning these days
