I’m with the rest of you - today sucks. My dad passed from mucosal melanoma with brain metastasis May 26, and his birthday is this coming Friday. He would have turned 70. I usually live in NYC but I moved home to take care of him when he was diagnosed in November 2021. I’m still here at his house with my siblings…my mom was away this weekend and was supposed to be back today for Father’s Day and we were going to go to the cemetery and grill out (his favorite) but her flight was canceled - without those plans I’m finding it hard to do anything at all. Thinking of all of you who don’t have your dad today - staying off social media for the day has helped me a lot. Don’t want to see or know what anyone else is doing.
