i have just recently lost my dad in May and am really struggling as there have been so many loving people close to my heart i have lost over the last 10 months. beginning with my twin sister who passed away so so unexpectedly, then many others, and now my dad who died in my arms. life is so so painful but a wonderful friend/ colleague has now introduced me to this group. thank you . x
