It’s my Mum’s birthday today this photo was taken last year and poem my brother wrote. I’ve been dreading this day for weeks, as my mum had blood transfusions every 2 weeks I became a regular donar, though I’d book for today in her memory❤️ but the nearest appointment was 35 miles away, so I took myself off on a train journey only to be told when I got there my iron levels were to low 😢 I was absolutely heartbroken 💔
