I think sometimes I spend more effort trying to appear okay to make others feel comfortable. Grief is a lonely and very unpredictable journey. 16 months in I can see the tiny, tiny steps forward I have made but my heart hurts just as much as it did the moment I had to say goodbye to my love 💔
