Hi My name is Sarah and I lost my younger brother 2 days before his 37th birthday. He took his own life and I feel totally lost in the world and the grief is very hard to carry. I lost my both parents suddenly along with my brother in a 24 month time frame so trying to process the grief of all 3 of my immediate family
