Reading other people’s posts has been so helpful, it’s made me realise I’ve actually had more loss than I consider on a day-to-day basis. I’ve written all my physical and ambiguous losses down, along with peaks in my coping mechanisms. I don’t know why I’ve never done something like this before, but it all makes a lot of sense and hopefully it will help me narrow down my triggers in the future. For now, I’m just going to have a day doing something I enjoy.
