Today Managed my first day back at work to and it went ok I focused on my job and no tears.UNTIL I found out a really good friend of 15 years passed away yesterday and I had a nasty text my from partners ‘step dad’ saying my partners wife wants to collect stuff like his phone (which was the one thing I was being allowed) so it’s bagged up and ready coz I don’t want toxic people in my life
