As it has for the last 7 years, Fathers Day is hard because I miss my own dad tremendously. With my father in laws health not being so great, I’m trying to turn my normally sad attitude about this day around and cherish the time we have with him. Part of me feels guilty for that like I’m betraying my own dad but I know he’d never feel like I was doing that as he was such a loving and caring human.
