Hello Everyone, I’m Sara, 30 years old from Austria and lost my mom due to cancer end of January. She got diagnosed on 4th September, she got stroke and that’s how they found out she is already about to die. The gave us couple of weeks, with chemotherapy maximum 6 months. She got all together 3 strokes in these 6 months. I was born in Hungary, my whole family lives there. I travelled every week to her, nursed and protected her, and the same time worked full time job back in my country. Her illness just appeared so suddenly, and after the first stroke she could not speak anymore. I lost her in one moment on 4th September and also nursed her until her last day 6 months long. So like I had both horrible scenarios. I really don’t know what to do with my life without her. She was the most important person in my life, and I lost her. I feel heavy from sadness and really don’t feel motivated about anything in life.. I have therapist for 2 years now, and a lot of people are trying to help me through this hell.. and I’m really blessed with all the love around me. But somehow this sadness is stronger than me.. I would really love to know how other people deal with life after a loss like this.. happy to hear experiences ♥️
