When @Eleanor it wrote about how 'strong' her family and friends thought she was, it really struck a chord with me. In fact. @stephanieffrench also posted a meme of that face 😬 you pull when someone says how 'strong you must be' which also hit me hard. I hate the word 'strong'. It implies it's good to push down our feelings of grief, instead of leaning into them. Thanks to @Eleanor and @stephanieffrench for reminding us we might have to try to be many things in our loss, but strong is not one of them. 👏👏👏
